Object of the treatment

The Data Controller processes personal data, such as name, surname, company name, address, telephone number, e-mail address, bank and payment details – hereinafter, “personal data” or even “data”) that you have communicated in the occasion of the preparation of offers and estimates as well as the conclusion of contracts for the services of the Owner.

Notwithstanding the fact that as regards the processing of data preordained to the execution of the contract and the fulfillment of legal obligations under letter b) of the paragraph “Purpose of processing”, consent to processing is not necessary.

Rights of the interested party

The subject to whom the personal data refer will be able to exercise your rights towards the Data Controller, in accordance with Article 15 of EU Regulation 679/2016, that is, he may exercise
